How to Celebrate National Night Out

1 Host a block party

Organize your neighbors to host a block party. Have everyone bring a dish or snack to share and some lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Invite the local police and fire departments to join in the celebration.

2 Organize a community picnic

Host a community picnic on National Night Out. Invite everyone to bring their own food and drinks and gather together in the park to enjoy each other's company.

3 Hold a candlelight vigil
