May 1 marks the beginning of Zombie Awareness Month, a time for us to celebrate the undead and make sure we're prepared for any zombie apocalypse! This month was created in 2004 by the Zombie Research Society as a way to educate people about zombies and promote zombie-related activities. From movies, TV shows, books, comics and video games to costume parties and zombie walks, there are plenty of fun ways to get into the spirit of this spooky holiday.
